Confirmation by Ralph Chainneduit, son of William Chainneduit, to the nuns of Sopwell, of the grant made to them by Ralph Chaineduit his grandfather, of land the patrimony and marriage portion of Avelina, the latter's mother, and of assarted land in Senele, for half a mark yearly, and of pasture for their beasts in Senele. Witnesses:- Henry de Gorham, Geoffrey and Roger de Childewic, and others (named): [Hertfordshire.] Hen III. Injured
