Grant by Stephen Caunterbury and William Frotyngham, executors of the will of SIr Peter Fornham, late rector of Retherhithe, to Peter Fornham, son of John Fornham, deceased, of all that parcel of a tenement and garden called 'Gerardishawe' in Retherhithe adjoining land of the abbey of Bermoundeseye, which they had of Sir Peter by feoffment dated 20 October, A.D.1422; the said premises having been granted to the said Sir Peter, John Fornham and Joan his wife, by Richard Glover of Retherhithe: Surrey. 20 February,1 Hen VI.
