Witnesses:- Sir Gilbert, perpetual vicar of Mulebourne Pourt, Sir Robert Mapendre, rector of the chapel of Folke, and others (named): [Somerset] [Wiltshire] Shirbourne, Sunday before the Purification, 30 Edw III. Seal of arms.
