Witnesses:- Sir John le Blount, mayor, Nicholas Pygot and Nigel Drury, sheriffs, of London, Simon Bulet, alderman of that ward, and others (named): Middlesex Endorsed: Inrolled in the Husting of London, Monday before the Conversion of St Paul. 1 Edw II. Fragment of seal.
