Grant by Roysa, relict of John Trenetemars of London, to her daughter Alice, of a house in the parish of Allhallows, Bredestrete, rendering yearly for the same a gilly flower. Witnesses: Sir Henry le Waleys, mayor of London and alderman of that ward, Jurdan Godchep and Martin Boxe, sheriffs of London and others. Endorsed: Inrolled in the Husting of London, Monday before St Edward, 12 Edward I. Monday before St Edw the King, 12 Edw I
