Demise by Adam, abbot of Quarr, to Richard the Tiler (Cooperatorio) of a messuage in the vill of Karesbrok and also of lands in the said vill, which the abbot had of the grant of Yda, daughter of Walter the Chaplain (Cappellani), and relict of Aufredus formerly the clerk. Witnesses:—William de Sancto Martino, William de la Marche, Walter Bernard, Henry vicar of the castle (vicarius de Castello), and others (named).
