Subject: (i) Receipt by Walter Lenfant to Sir Richard de Bereford, (Treasurer of Ireland), for 92L. 17s. 8d. on account of 108L. 17s. 8d. granted to him by the King for tenements late of Henry son of Simon de Racheford. (ii) Receipt by the same to the same for 16L. on account of 108L. 17s. 8d. granted to him by the King for his labour in respect of the purchase of lands of Henry de Reccheford.
