Subject: Indenture witnessing that whereas Richard de Colebrok has received from Thomas Moriz 20L to trade with on his behalf, the agreement to render an account at Easter next shall be void if the said Thomas is allowed by the said Richard and Christina his wife to have quiet possession of 8 acres he holds for seven years. Dated at Stepney.
