Grantor: Laurence Bacoun of London.

Grantee: Thomas Fauconer, Richard Whityngton and John Cosseham, citizens and mercers of London, and Thomas Colred.

Subject: Grant of the lands, etc., which he and Peter Plente had from John Gardyner, clerk, and Thomas Boterkram, chaplain, in the parishes of St. Laurence Pountney; St. Michael, Queenhithe; and St. Mary Magdalen, Old Fish Street, and of a messuage they had from them in the parish of St. Olive, Southwark.
