Richard Holt of the Victualling Office, esq., executor of the will of James Stuart, deceased, and John Lane Sadgrove of St. Peters Alley, Cornill, London, gent., and Simon Smith of High Holborn co. Middx. Place or Subject: Settlement made on the marriage of Charles Giles and Elizabeth Stuart; assignment on trust to Sadgrove and Smith of her interest in 5% Bank Annuities left by James Stuart, deceased.
