Parties: James I. Sir John Swynarton (Swinarton), kt., citizen and alderman of London. Place or Subject: Agreement that Swinarton should deduct from rents payable for the lease of duties on French and Rhenish wines and from the prisage and butlerage of wines in the Port of London (granted for 4 years by indenture dated 18 Oct 1603), a sufficient sum to repay a debt of 2653 1 15 s due for wines provided to the Royal household.
