Description

Parties: Roger Stafford son of Richard Stafford, who was son of Henry, Lord Stafford, the son of Edward, Duke of Buckingham, attainted for high treason. Charles I. Place or Subject: Surrender of his claim to the barony of Stafford, so that the disposal of the title may be settled by the King.
