Western Europe: Army Group B report last reserves put in near Esternach, troops exhausted, expects large-scale Allied attack from Aachen area unless delayed by floods; Germans consider no grounds to expect crossing of Rhine in near future, Feb 11; Himmler's orders for investigations for possible transfers of higher authorities; war gas ammunition to be moved from depots in area east of Leipzig to depot in north-east area.
South-eastern Europe: difficulty bringing back to Croatia forces of CinC South-East operating in Southern Hungary, operations against Tuzla Basin and Bihac area not possible; operation to protect flanks of CinC South-West and Army Group South.
