Western Europe: 2nd Parachute Corps situation report for Aug 1; two reports on supply returns for 47th Panzer Corps, Aug 1 and 2; battle HQ of 58th Panzer Corps in Normandy, Aug 3; 2nd SS Panzer and 17th SS Panzer Grenadier divisions, Aug 2; GAF installation, possibly flying bomb dump, put out of action by Allied raid on Aug 3.
Southern Europe: 2nd Airfleet appreciate that Allies intend to continue attacks until final capture of Florence, Aug 2 and 3.
