General naval situation report for Mar 19 covering Norway, Channel Coast, Mediterranean last effective shipyard in Viareggio destroyed in fighter-bomber attack, Adriatic two Siebel ferries total losses as result of fighter-bomber attack off Hvar.
Eastern Europe: General Traffic Directorate, Warsaw, reports coal situation in Transnistria very grave, running of railways endangered.
