Southern Europe: assessment of condition of 10th Army, state of training of drafts inadequate, morale good, low standard of motorised mobility, supplying hampered by dislocation of railways by Allied air attacks, Mar 18.

South-eastern Europe: report from Battle Group Ruf for Mar 21 on undertaking Nisiro to establish signals communications and to wipe out any commandos, to begin Mar 21-22; occupation of part of Hungary by unspecified German Corps, Mar 23.

Eastern Europe: situation report for Crimea from Admiral, Black Sea, for Mar 22, activity on Perekop Front, some Soviet penetrations on Kerch Front.
