Naval Headlines: mine-laying U-boats in Trinidad area, Admiral Adriatic reported island of Sulet occupied by Allies; new E-boat flotilla based on Athens to have special torpedoes; Japanese troops on Wotje (Marshalls) on reduced rations suffering from malnutrition; Japanese Commanding Officer of 9th (Sabang) Base Force to sail in minesweeper Hatsutaka on tour of inspection west coast Sumatra.
