France: GAF personnel in western areas to carry small arms with ammunition, all men on leave to carry small arms without ammunition but leave trains will carry cases of ammunition which will be issued should any danger threaten, Mar 14; large anti-shipping bombs to be despatched from munitions stores in western France and Holland to those in northern France and Belgium.
