North Africa: 10th Panzer Division located at Marseilles, expected to arrive at Tunis on Nov 23, other elements to arrive Bizerta; GAF aware from German agent report that RAF intended to mine French Mediterranean coast, coast of Corsica and Spanish Mediterranean harbours, and planned to bombard Toulon from sea and air; GAF to escort a very important convoy expected to arrive Bizerta on Nov 23; two supply ships expected at Tripoli on Nov 22; French supplying Axis with 600,000 tons of merchant shipping, German detachments to be on board for security purposes, Nov 23.
