Indenture of a lease by Isabel Causfeild of Roberte Hall, Lancashire, widow, and Robert Causfeild of Thornton, Yorkshire, esquire, on the one part, to Mary Crofte of Claughton, Lancashire, widow, and William Lassells of 'Brakenburghe', Yorkshire, on the other part, of lands in 'Causefeild' (location specified), and two closes of ground in 'Causefeild' called 'Stubbinges' and the 'Highwood', and a watermill at Barton in 'Housdall', Yorkshire called the 'Newe Milne' with two acres of meadow and pasture, with all appurtenances, for the term of three years, in return for a single payment of £115, and an annual rent of 2d payable at Pentecost.
