Indenture of a grant by William Horner of Bowden in the parish of Henstridge, Somerset, husbandman, to Richard Cuffe of Yenston in the parish of Henstridge, yeoman, John Huyshe of Henstridge, husbandman, and Robert Stybbes of Bowden in the parish of Henstridge, yeoman, of his lands, tenements, messuages, cottages, orchards, gardens, meadows, pastures and hereditaments, rents, reversion and services with appurtenances in the parish of Purse Caundle, Dorset, to the use of William Horner, and after his death to Michael Bryne of Bowden and Anastacia, his wife, then to John Bryne and Robert Bryne, the sons of Michael Bryne, then to William Bryne the younger, Richard Bryne the elder, and Richard Bryne the younger, the sons of Michael Bryne.
Witnesses: William Ryall the younger, Robert Ryall, William Cuffe, William Marshe the elder and William Marshe the younger.
