Indenture of a lease between Gabriel Pulteney of Misterton, Leicestershire, esquire, and Thomas Saxton of Lutterworth, Leicestershire, tailor, of a cottage house and garden with appurtenances in Lutterworth, on the west side of the High Street, for the term of thirty-one years, at an annual rent of 10s payable in two instalments, with the seal of Thomas Saxton attached.
