Arbitration award, made by Walter Hastings of Kirby, Leicestershire, esquire, and Thomas Thornton of Newenham, Northamptonshire, gentleman, in the dispute between Gabriel Pulteney, esquire, lord of Misterton and Pulteney, Leicestershire, on the one part, and Edward Howe, clerk, parson of the rectory of Misterton and Pulteney, on the other part, concerning the interest, lease and estate of the rectory of Misterton and Pulteney, and the manner of payment of tithes in the parish of Misterton and Pulteney, and all other such quarrels.
