Indenture of bargain and sale by Edward Evans of Pelsall, Staffordshire, yeoman, and Joan, his wife, daughter of Henry Suffolke, late of Nuneaton, Warwickshire, tanner, deceased, on the one part, to John Suffolke of Nuneaton, tanner, on the other part, of a messuage or tenement, orchards, garden, two pools and common of pasture with all appurtenances in the fields of Nuneaton, now in the tenure of William Yorke, tenant at the will of John Suffolke, in return for £40, with the seal of Joan Evans attached. Witnesses: Henry Jadlowe, Henry Randall and Hector Boyar.
