Indenture of a lease between Peter Potter, citizen and haberdasher of London, on the one part, to John Sharpe of 'Hogge Lane' alias 'Rosemary Lane' in the parish of St Botolph without Aldgate, London, gun maker, on the other part, of a tenement or cottage containing three rooms and a little yard in 'Hog Lane' alias 'Rosemary Lane', with all lights, casements, commodities and appurtenances, which Peter Potter holds by lease from Sir Thomas Chaloner, knight, for the term of 7 years, for annual rent of £6 payable quarterly.
