Indenture of a lease by Sir Eusebius Andrew of Charwelton, Northamptonshire, knight, committee of the body, lands and goods of Master Anthony Watson, a lunatic, to Thomas Smith of Charwelton, gentleman, of a messuage or tenement in 'Bowbrickhill', Buckinghamshire, heretofore the lands of Joyce Wycke of 'Eynowe on the Hill', Northamptonshire, widow, which had been granted by Anthony Watson in an indented lease dated 41 Elizabeth I [17 November 1598- 16 November 1599], to Edward Richardson of 'Bowbrickhill', husbandman, after the end of Edward Richardson's lease for the term of 20 years, if Anthony Watson so lives, in return for an annual rent of £5 payable in two payments, namely at the feast of St Michael [29 September] and the Annunciation of Blessed Mary [25 March]. Signed and sealed by Sir Eusebius Andrew.
