Indenture of a lease by Alice Danyell, widow, late the wife of John Danyell, late of Daresbury, Cheshire, esquire, deceased, to John Grymysdyche of Grimsditch [Cheshire], gentleman, and Elizabeth, his wife, of parcels of land, meadow and pasture in Newton by Daresbury, Cheshire, called the 'Pele Crofte', the 'Brende Yearthe' and the 'Lyttell Medowe', for the term of 60 years, for annual rent of 9s in two payments.
