Indenture of a lease by Sir Charles Foxe of Bromfield, Shropshire, knight, and Sir Richard Foxe of Whitcott (Whitchcott), Shropshire, knight, to Richard Partridge of Bromfield, husbandman, to commence after the surrender of a lease of 21 years made to Ann Partridge, widow, of a house or cottage where Richard Partridge lives, with all edifices and buildings, orchard, garden and close, and three acres of arable land in a field called the 'Pitt Fylde' in Bromfield for the term of 21 years for £4 8s, at an annual rent of 10s in two equal payments. Dorse: witnesses: Nicholas Norncott, Jarvis [Gervaise] Underwood, Samuel Lea, Thomas Perye, Edward Baugher and John Bramton.
