Indenture of a lease by Edward Clere of Blickling, Norfolk, esquire, to Robert Poynter of Blickling, Norfolk, yeoman, of the messuage called the White House, barns, backhouse, stable, beast house, and other edifices and buildings, yards, gardens, orchards, ponds, pond yards and land in Ormesby and Filby, Norfolk, for the term of 21 years, for annual rent of £18 11s 3d.
Witnesses: Anthony Eden, William Moore, Charles Haste and James Oxforde. Attached, a schedule of the messuage called the White House with its 18 pieces of land in Ormesby and Filby, Norfolk.
