Indenture of bargain and sale by William Dell of Reading, Berkshire, clothier, Richard Dell of Reading, Berkshire, clothier, brother of William, and Edward Dell of Reading, Berkshire, clothier, another brother of William, to Thomas Watts of Wallingford, Berkshire, collar-maker, of a messuage or tenement with all cellars, solars, lofts, rooms, buildings, yards, backsides, profits, commodities, easements and appurtenances in the parish of St Mary the More in Wallingford, Berkshire, for £23 10s.
Witnesses: Michael Stampe, Charles Stampe, Thomas Carter, Richard Chendy and Henry Hansek. Three seals of William Dell, Richard Dell and Edward Dell. Two of three seals damaged. 12 September 1606 ii. Bond between William Dell of Reading, Berkshire, clothier, Richard Dell of Reading, Berkshire, clothier, Edward Dell of Reading, Berkshire, clothier, of the one part, and Thomas Watts of Wallingford, Berkshire, collar-maker, of the other part, for £40. Dorse conditions of the bond that William, Richard and Edward Dell keep to the covenants of the indenture dated 12 September 1606.
