Bargain and sale by Jasper Baidge of Parswell (Passell), Devon, yeoman, to John Fytz of Fitzford, Devon, esquire, of all his closes, lands, meadows, pastures, feeding woods and underwoods with appurtenances in Parswell in the parish of Tavistock, Devon, called the 'Best Leaze', the 'Gratton', the 'Oxen Parck', the 'Haledon', the 'Woode underneath the Haledon', the 'Hedweare Medowe' underneath the same wood, the 'Little Medowe', the 'Buttparck', the 'Bowtowne', the 'Mowehaie', the 'Little Parck' and the 'Hilmedowe', for £66 13s 4d. Dorse: witnesses: Robert Harcourt, John Kensall, Roger Sawere and Robert Hannaforde.
