Indenture by which Richard Butler of Causeway in the parish of Radipole, Dorset, gentleman, and Andrew Butler of Poole, gentleman, granted to John Preston of Cricket St Thomas, Somerset, esquire, following the marriage of John Butler, son and heir apparent of Andrew Butler, to Elizabeth Preston, one of the daughters of John Preston, an annuity of £6 13s 4d to Elizabeth out of lands in Weymouth, Melcombe Regis and Wyke Regis, Dorset [details specified]. Dorse: witnesses: John Conkerne, William Perten, Roger Atkyn and Steven Panney [?].
