Description

Lease by dame Alice Fortescue, widow, guardian of John Pulteney, esquire, son and heir of Sir John Pulteney, knight, deceased, to Thomas Taylor of Freasley, Warwickshire, husbandman, of a messuage, with all barns, buildings, orchards, gardens, crofts, meadows, pastures, arable land and all other appurtenances in Freasley, Warwickshire, except for the timber and trees, for £42, for the term of 21 years, for annual rent of 37s, and paying to her on the death of Thomas Taylor any goods or chattels that he has on the property. Dorse: witnesses: Thomas Thorntone, Henry [?]Greene, Thomas Ravenscrofte and John Smith.
