Draft letters patent granting to Thomas Footes, gentleman, and his assigns, for the term of his life, from Michaelmas last, an annuity of £50 paid by the Treasurer and Chamberlains of the Exchequer; which annuity was formerly granted to Thomas Molyneux, esquire, by letters patent dated 23 June 1603, and assigned by Molyneux to Footes, who surrendered the letters patent in Chancery for cancellation.
