Indenture of bargain and sale by John Mohun of Penzance, Cornwall, esquire, to Charles, prince of Wales, and his heirs and assigns, for £300, of a fourth part of the castle and fee of Okehampton in Devon, with appurtenant knights' fees, etc., and relevant muniments and evidences. Covenants refer to the claims of Cordelia, John's wife; Reynold, his father; Sir William, his grandfather; and to a lease of 21 years made by John to Alexander Maynard, esquire. John is also to have the wardship of the body and lands of Grace, daughter of John Langford deceased.
