The tenures of the honour of Berkhamsted'. Annotated copy of an inquisition of 27 or 28 October 1300 [as WARD 2/61/241/33]. Notes include: (i) the manors and tenures herein are not specified in the 1609 survey, which is therefore not to be allowed (ii) the manor of Northcote was found by the last jury of survey to be socage tenure but is [held by] knight service.
