Description

Indentured demise by John Danyell the elder, son and heir apparent of Thomas Danyell of Daresbury, Cheshire, esquire, to Humphrey Penketh of the same, webster, and Margery his wife, and their assigns, for the term of their lives, of a messuage or tenement in Daresbury now occupied by Humphrey and Margery, with pasture in Hatton, they paying 9s. yearly; in consideration of £4 paid by Humphrey and Margery.
