Bond in £100 by Fulk Greville knight, to Richard Legh esquire. Condition that Fulk and Elizabeth his wife, one of the daughters and heirs of Edward Willoughby, lord Broke, and one of the patronesses of the parsonage and church of Beckingham in Lincolnshire, keep the arbitration of Henry Bradshawe, esquire, the king's general attorney, and Robert Brooke, esquire, recorder of London, concerning the right of presentation to Beckingham, now vacant, disputed between Fulk and Elizabeth on one hand, and, on the other hand, Jane Cornewaill, widow, one of the daughters and heirs of Simon Milbourne, another patroness of the church and parsonage; the arbitration to be made before Easter next.
