(i) indented demise by John Fuller of Canterbury, Kent, alderman, to Thomas Gourley of Dover, Kent, merchant, of his inn called the 'Thre Kynges' in the parish of All Saints in Canterbury in the High Street, with the household stuff specified in the attached indenture; from 15 July previous for the term of 21 years, paying £20 yearly; reserving a parlour and little chamber for John's use.
