Indenture of bargain and sale by Edward Young of Croome d'Abitot in Worcestershire, gentleman, to Conan Rychardson of Pershore, Worcestershire, gentleman, and his heirs and assigns, for £100, of the manor of Croome d'Abitot, and lands, etc., in or pertaining to the same, and copyhold lands called 'Breches'. Includes covenants that the manor is of clear yearly value of £10; that Edward can re-enter on repayment to Conan of £110 before 20 January next; if this repayment is not made, Conan to pay a further £100 for purchase of the manor.
