Indenture of bargain and sale by Margaret Trayforde of 'the Garrett' in Lancashire, widow, to Ralph Trayforde, her son, and his heirs and assigns, of messuages, lands, etc., (details given) in 'Whikke' in Saddleworth (Saddillworthfryth), Yorkshire which Margaret holds for life, with reversion to Ralph, by conveyance of George Trayforde, her late husband, and others.
Witnesses: G. Gerrard, Thomas Legh, G. Sheringtone and Robert Fletcher.
