Indented demise by Thomas Danyell of Daresbury, Cheshire, esquire, and Margaret his wife, to Robert Jacson of 'the Wall' in Little Eccleston, Lancashire, husbandman, and Robert Higgynson, son of William Hyggynson of Larbreck, Lancashire, of a messuage or tenement in Larbreck lately in the tenure of the above William; for the term of 60 years if they live that long; paying 8s. yearly. If Robert Higgynson is alive 20 years after the date hereof, Robert Jacson will resign his claim, and Robert Higgynson and his assigns will hold the messuage solely for the remainder of the term.
