Description

Bargain and sale by Edward Ryder, citizen and haberdasher of London, to William Ryder, citizen and alderman of London, of a messuage with appurtenances called 'Hulstokes' in Great Dunmow, Essex, with all its land and buildings (specified), in exchange for shops in the 'Pawne' of the Royal Exchange in London, certain wares, silk stockings and commodities, and a certain sum of money. Dorse, witnesses: James Stanley, William Bayne, John Cock and William Whillie, his master. Seal of Edward Ryder.
