Grant by Edward Ryder, citizen and haberdasher of London, to William Ryder, citizen and alderman of London, of a messuage with appurtenances called 'Hulstock' in Great Dunmow, Essex, with all its lands and buildings [location specified]. Dorse, witnesses: James Stanley, William Bayne, John Cock and William Whillie, his master. Note that possession was taken on 20 September 1595, witnessed by the witnesses to the deed.
