Grant by Edward Ryder, citizen and haberdasher of London, to William Ryder, citizen and alderman of London, of a messuage with appurtenances called 'Hulstock' in Great Dunmow, Essex, with all its lands and buildings [location specified]. Dorse, witnesses: James Stanley, William Bayne, John Cock and William Whillie, his master. Note that possession was taken on 20 September 1595, witnessed by the witnesses to the deed. Seal of Edward Ryder.
