Grant by Francis Pendreth of London, gentleman, to Thomas Bostock of London, gentleman, of the manor of Northbourne, Kent, which had been granted by letters patent to Laurence Wagstaffe, John Wheeler and John Street, the queen's servants, on 14 July 1576, for £110, and for annual rent of 10s, 16s, 22s 8d, 10s and 10s to be paid to Elizabeth I and her heirs.
