Dated Westminster, 15 May 1268. Witnesses: Robert Aguylun, Robert Waleran, Walter de Merton, John de Chishille, Christopher Beverlac, Peter de Chawent, Ralph de Bakepus, Peter de Nevyll, Stephen de Edwriche and others.
