Grant from William de Pulteney, to John [Barnet], bishop of Worcester, John de Loudham, and William de Churchull, clerks, in full seisin of the manors of Penshurst, Ensfield, Northpark [in Penshurst], Ospringe and Southhall [in Woolwich], Kent; Cheveley, Ditton and Swaffham, Cambridgeshire; Withersfield, Suffolk; Shenley, Hertfordshire; Poultney and Misterton, Leicestershire; Effingham, Surrey; and Poplar, Middlesex; a tenement called 'Cressemulles' and rents and services of East Smithfield by the Tower of London, and other lands, woods, meadows, pastures, waters, fisheries, rents, services, customs, reversions, knights' fees and advowsons.
