Grant of a lease from Henry Marshe of Northaw, Hertfordshire, yeoman, to Roger Marshe of Aldenham, Hertfordshire, yeoman, of a chapel or manor house called Colney Chapel or Broad Colney Chapel, Hertfordshire, which Sir John Poultney (Poultne), knight, had granted to Henry Marshe on 17 June 1611, for £4 13s 4d annual rent. Witnesses: Thomas Marshe and Henry Marsh, son of Henry Marshe. Signet seal of Henry Marshe. Document is stuck onto the will of Alan Marsh dated 4 November 1558.
