Indented arbitration to settle a dispute between Robert Escott and John Symon over the possession of a tenement in Brosse, for which they had been bound for £10 on 30 April 1487. The arbitrators, Simon Pole and John Stanbery, find that John Symon shall have all the land, and pay 7s each year to Robert Escott. After the death of John Symon the land will revert to Robert Escott. Umpire: Thomas Graynfylle. Three seals of Simon Pole, John Stanbery and Thomas Graynfylle.
