Quitclaim by John Perkyn senior, to Walter Sely, of all messuages, lands and tenements he held with his brother Robert Perkyn, deceased, from the enfeoffment of Matthew Perkyn, in Boscastle (Botreaux Castell) [Cornwall]. Dated at Boscastle. Witnesses: John Tresrydowe, Nicholas Wylle, Stephen Hendra, former reeve of Boscastle, Geoffrey Calewe, Geoffrey Wylle and others.
